The venue is fairly clean, with comfortable and magnificent location so close to nearest restaurant about 1km away and shops. Excellant personnel is at the receptionist. The signature queen studio overlooks city and includes a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge.
Hope you won't have the same problem with drain.

We were in Kuala Lumpur for 5 days, had pleasant stay, the hotel was fairly clean with incredibly comfortable location at center of kl. Location: the venue was near to the main attractions and food streets of Kuala Lumpur, all the malls and the forest park.

The view from the pool area was breathtaking. The staff promptly provided me with a new key when my door key malfunctioned. Though the lifts were slow during peak hours, the spacious and comfortable rooms made up for it. I recommend this hotel.
